"We had our cars insured with State Farm for 35 years and our home insured with SF since 1999, with the same helpful agent who retired this year. I'm pleased to say the changeover to a new agent, Zurich Simon, has been seamless. Representative John Pablo contacted me about earthquake insurance initially. Since we had been considering purchasing that, the call was timely. John was generous with his time and patient with our many questions about our entire insurance picture. We had questions about the right level of home ownership premium to cover the replacement value of our home after talking to different sources. John helped explained how to calculate estimates and assured us we are carrying a reasonable level of replacement value insurance. Since we moved our car insurance to Geico a few years ago to save money, John calculated our total premiums by bundling everything back with SF and offsetting the car insurance with at 20% discount to our home ownership policy. It took several back-and-forth conversations and separate quotes from John, but in the end it was cost effective to bring the cars back under SF and have access to one local professional SF agent. Thank you, John for all your work in bringing clarity to our questions, as well as the peace of mind that this long overdue task has been adequately handled."
